Isabelle is Compliance Officer for Vista Hospitality Group Australasia and Senior Legal Counsel at Pro-invest Group. Isabelle is responsible for the Vista Hospitality Group compliance function as well as providing strategic legal advice in all matters that are relevant to the Vista Hospitality Group Australasia’s business. Recently promoted from Legal Counsel at Pro-invest Group, Isabelle will assist in shaping and delivering VHG’s business strategy, providing expert legal advice including drafting and negotiation of legal agreements to ensure the business delivers sustainable growth and returns to its investors and shareholders. Prior to joining Pro-invest, Isabelle was an Associate at Australia’s largest law firm, MinterEllison Sydney, where she specialised in corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (with a focus on major property trust transactions), funds management, restructuring and corporate governance. Isabelle also advised large private schools on complex governance matters, board powers and responsibilities and company constitutions. Prior to her legal career, Isabelle had a career in public relations where she worked abroad in New York City for a start-up, LookBooker, as the Communications Executive, where she developed and implemented a communications strategy. Isabelle started her public relations career as an Account Executive and Senior Account Executive for LiquidIdeas, Sydney where she managed media offices and maintained relationships with influencers, print, TV and online media journalists and organised large media events. Isabelle has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is an admitted Solicitor of the NSW Supreme Court and the New Zealand courts.
