Anthony is Company Secretary for Vista Hospitality Group and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Pro-invest International Asset Management, responsible for managing internal governance, reviewing and monitoring the compliance function, providing company secretarial duties, drafting and settling legal documents and providing general legal advice for the company. Anthony brings over 12 years’ experience in the legal industry and over 8 years’ experience as Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to working at Pro-invest, Anthony was Senior Legal Counsel for the multinational organization, Danone, responsible for contract & corporate governance, marketing and general compliance. Anthony also contributed to drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and managed stakeholder management at Danone. Prior to this Anthony was Corporate Counsel at the ASX listed organization, Vocus Group, advising in all areas of the law including employment, competition and IP law. Prior to being an in-house counsel, Anthony was a private practice lawyer at the global commercial law firm, Ashurst. Anthony is admitted as a lawyer in both Australia and New Zealand. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney. In addition, he has a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Most recently, Anthony completed his Master of Business Administration from University of South Australia.
